Every member, every visit, every due date in one list you can search.
Cash, UPI, a card machine, a bank transfer: collect it however you already do. The console keeps the record, in your gym’s own currency.
Nothing here takes a payment
No card details, no gateway, no cut. Marking a payment received writes a receipt; leaving it unmarked records what is owed.
Two minutes, below. We call or WhatsApp you before launch and set the gym up with you.
One page, taped by the door. It never expires, so it is printed once.

Members, check-ins and crowd, the moment they happen. One email when it lands on the App Store and Google Play.
We’ll email you once, the day the partner app goes live.
We call or WhatsApp you before launch to set the gym up with you. Your gym is not listed anywhere until you have finished setup in the partner app, and pre-registering costs nothing.
Nothing, and no card on file. Paid plans are not live; when they are, you will see the price before anything is charged, and nothing charges itself.
No. There is no payment gateway in MyGymDay. You collect the way you already do, and the console records it as paid or outstanding.
Members only ever see how busy a gym is, never who is inside it. You see who walked in and who is still on the floor. The privacy policy lists every field.
No. Your gym’s code never expires and never rotates. You can replace it on purpose if a poster leaks, and the console asks you twice first.
The phone in your pocket, iPhone or Android, and a printer once. No tablet at the desk, no scanner, no card reader.
